In 2017, our founder Danny Montelepre built this company on a foundation of quality and integrity, dedicating ourselves to providing clients with the best service the construction industry has to offer. Our founder, Danny , started this company with more than 30 years of contracting experience under his belt, and he used that experience to create a construction firm unlike any other in Baton Rouge. Today, we are a company with exceptional skills and strong values that have molded Rosehill Construction into one of the best general contractors in South Louisiana.

We were fortunate to have an excellent contractor, Rosehill Construction, for this publicly bid project. They were able to complete the project more than 15 weeks ahead of schedule without compromising quality.

Danny Montelepre

PRESIDENT/CEO
Danny obtained his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from LSU in 2002. Prior to Rosehill, Danny was VP of Construction at SBS Construction where he was responsible for projects such as self storage, hospital and medical, office, VA cemeteries, historic renovation and tenant finish out. Since the inception of Rosehill, Danny has grown annual revenue to nearly $40,000,000 while delivering projects at well below average market cost. To date, Danny has overseen more than 7,000,000 sf of construction from roles ranging from Superintendent to President.
